[Joining Bella Cirovic at 52 Photos Project - Week 22: Season's Beginning]
It’s in the air. The light. The rustling of the leaves. It’s in the colours. There’s a richness and a warmth to the reds, the oranges, the yellows. They simply draw me right into this season.
There is no doubt that fall has arrived. And with the beginning of this new season my thoughts have turned to the coming weeks that will find me
:: creating a new halloween costume, no doubt a star wars character
:: visiting the pumpkin patch,
debating discussing how many pumpkins we can carve
:: winding through the corn maze
:: visiting a community garden that gets all dressed up for halloween
:: carving pumpkins and eating pumpkin pie
:: knitting the last few rows of a poncho, mine
:: enjoying the magic of a lantern walk
:: settling into the coziness of indoors and wool slippers
:: brightening the inevitable grey, rainy days with the colours of fall
The reds. The oranges. The yellows. Colours that welcome the fall and wrap me up, cozy and warm.
